The Leadership Journey support materials make the learning system a complete package. Depending on the implementation options you choose and the amount of time you have to train, you may use all or some of the items below.

Note Taking Guide
  A fill-in-the-blank note taking guide is not only a convenient place to take notes for later reference, it also increases retention by incorporating another media into learning.
       
Pre Discussion Questions
  Open-ended pre discussion questions get students thinking on the right track, taking their mind away from daily activities to the subject at hand. It helps them focus on learning and sets the stage for group interaction.
       
Video Presentation
  A short, concise, 18 minute video presentation means training is quick and effective. Students stay engaged and are back on the job quickly.
       
Post Discussion Questions
  Open-ended post discussion questions help students transfer knowledge and skills to the workplace, tying in what they learned to their specific job. Group discussion allows students to learn and share experiences suitable for your organization.
       
Role Play Exercises
  Role play exercises allow the students to break into small groups and practice their new skills before they return to the workplace. Practicing new skills drastically improves course retention.
       
Test/Quiz
  A multiple choice test measures student comprehension. The test can also act as pre test to benchmark student improvement.
       
Personal Action Plan
  Each student creates a written and dated personal action plan to help them focus on key ideas that they will apply in your organization. It is a written commitment from the student to apply positive change to your organization.
       
Tracking and Reporting
  Tracking and reporting provides an easy way for management to see who is completing and mastering each course.
       
Facilitator's Guide
  The facilitator’s guide allows anyone in the organization to facilitate courses and lead group training. No additional certification is required to facilitate courses.
